Welcome to the Bowman Library Research Skills Tutorial
This tutorial contains instruction and examples of how to strengthen your information literacy skills which will help you become successful in your studies.
After finishing this tutorial you will be able to:
- Determine what kind of information you need
- Find sources, articles, and books via databases, web searching, and the Library Catalog to meet that need
- Evaluate the information
- Present the information with academic integrity
There are five modules to this tutorial and a short quiz at the end of each module.
You will need to complete all five quizes with a grade of 70% or higher to pass STS 092
- You may take each quiz as many times as you like.
- A copy of each quiz result will be automatically emailed to you and submitted to Bowman Library.
